El Cpitain automaticlly mounts all availlable LAN disks and servers, once they have been connected one time. How can I avoid that ? I have Mac Pro, 2x2.26 GHz Quad, OSX 10.11.2

Not true.
Check in System Preferences -> Users & Groups -> Login Items if there are some traces of network drivers.

When you shut down, restart or log off, are you prompted with a question like this.
Is "Reopen windows when logging back in" ticked?
Hi - no, I have looked at that …… but I found out something.
It is not all external disks once mounted, but only ...
If I put an alias of the external disk in the dock, El Capitain will mount it at startup … maybe a new feature :-)
